iTunes account disabled for the third time. Please I’m begging some one to read and help me.
Has any one gone through what I have? I have used atleast three weeks of my time dealing with iTunes.
this is my third account created and it’s going through the same process of me entering my gift card which I purchase from amazon. Then right as I am about to make a purchase. I get a message to contact Apple support and go through this endless cycle of getting escalated to a supervisor. In the next 24 hours they will call and tell me that my account got perma disabled.
the super visor will not be able to tell me more than anything other then the accounts disabled and the security team tells him to tell me to view the term of service.
Why should I go through this endless cycle of being shamed and I feel that Apple is here to steal my money.
I am being targeted and regardless what I do I won’t be getting a refund for the gift card I entered. I am in the process again and it’s frustration and endless headache and stress. I just want to know is there any one who can actually help me!!!!
