Apple permanently disabled my account

I have been using apple account for ten years ago last month ago I noticed my account was disabled in app stores after that I contact apple support and make necessary adjustments and wait for 24 hours after 24 hrs i signin to App Store same error again but this time I seen a code HT208856 after that I contact apple support again and he/she said my account was permanently disable and cannot get back because my account is not in compliance with the apple media and service term and conditions I am very disappointed for that answer because I been using apple for more than 10 years and did not violate any apple terms and conditions I normally redeem gift code from official site what wrong with my account

Troubleshooting a Disabled Apple ID:


A. Contact Apple Support Via Phone:

By words of the chat, it seems you were disobeying the Terms & Conditions. If you want to know more, then contact Apple Support back, asking them why. This time, asking them over-the-phone. They'd have the answer upfront. These are just user-to-user forums. No on here has access to your account info (and that is a good thing, BTW).

Apple Contact Us Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through.
