Is there some way to turn off the iPod Touch without just letting it time itself out?
Also, how do I do a full power-down/restart?

Press and hold iPod’s Sleep/Wake Button until you see “Slide to power off” appear.
Dumb question: where is the sleep/wake button? This touch only has the one home button on the front, and the volume up/down buttons on the left side. No other buttons?!
