Disney+ not downloading on Apple TV

I can't get Disney+ to download on my Apple TV. I have a current version. It just won't show up on my Home Screen. When I go back to the App Store, it shows a cloud, but when I click on it, it simply says "Item is Downloading and will be available when it completes" that was two weeks ago. It shows in my "purchased items not on this device". I am able to use Disney+ on my phone and a separate Roku TV. I don't know how to completely remove the download and start over from scratch. I even did a hard reset on my apple tv device.
