Cannot find serial number from website

Hi all,

My all devices include MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) and iPhone 6s Plus were stolen last Friday. I need to find serial number to send them to policeman, but can not find from https://mysupport.apple.com/products. My husband tried with his account, all devices showed with serial number as expected, but mine is not. I registered icloud with gmail account (abc@gmail.com), is it different with real icloud account (@icloud.com)? Please see my screenshots.

// My device list - login via gmail account

// My husband's device list - login via icloud account

Any advices for me please?

Thanks.

The device serial number is also written in the original invoice / you can visit the apple authorised showroom where the products were purchased , tell the reality and give approximate date / month / year of purchasing , they can find the details by your first and last name .
