I recently upgraded to Catalina. I had to purchase Microsoft office 365 for £79.99 which is fir up to 6 people. I can use powerpoint, word etc but my wife is not able to access these. What can be done?
Your purchase of Office allows you to download and install it on 5 devices. You also need to register each device or computer the Microsoft web site. It sounds like you did not register your wife's computer. You may also unregister any device and then register a new one if necessary, When you purchased your subscription, I believe they gave you instructions on how to do these things. So, first see what you've registered. Just installing the app is not sufficient. If you still have problems, then contact Microsoft.
