I've made the update via itunes and installed the ios 10.3.4. I've did my backup to proceed to restoring the phone, but a message pops out saying I have disable Find my Iphone.
I can't obviously turn it off from my phone since I have no internet access and I tured it off via icloud.com. Unfortunately the issue remains since itunes keeps popping me the same message when trying to restore.
What should I do to get my phone back?

I see that you're running into an error to disable Find My iPhone when you attempt to restore your device and that you've already turned it off using iCloud.com. I can see why you'd reach out about this; I'd like to help. I'd recommend using the steps titled "Put your device in recovery mode and set it up again" to reinstall iOS 10.3.4 and help the iPhone to recognize it's been removed from Find My iPhone. Please choose "Restore" in step four since you've created a backup: If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
