Can't view Apple ID from phone to turn off auto renewal of a subscription app fee?

How can I turn off auto renewal for a subscription app?


I have an iPhone 7 running 1OS 13.1.3


Went to Settings > iTunes & App Store, but when I click on my Apple ID: EMAIL, it slides up with a new window momentarily, then exits that window and nothing happens.


Is there another way to cancel the automatic renewal fee on an app or something to try to get this way working correctly?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Try a forced restart.
