change id apple

I have an apple id account for apple store and another account for Books Music and Tv stores. The one for the app sotre is not mine, ive been trying to change it but i cant. This person already tried to log out his account of my mac thought the apple manage id account site. It doesnt work. I would appreciate any help, as i cant download anything from the app store with this problem.
