Microsoft Word app isn't available in the App Store

I previously installed Microsoft Word, but I don't see it currently installed on my iPhone. I would like to install the app, but it isn't available in the App Store. I don't even see it listed to download from the cloud or via the "Get" button. Any suggestions for troubleshooting this issue?

Using iPhone 7, iOS 11.4.1

It is still in the App Store from my phone but it does require iOS 12 or later.
