Podcast not syncing

Currently using iphone 7 and ipad air 2019.

Both updated to iOS13.2.3.

Whatever Podcast I am playing on my iPad is getting displayed on my iPhone, but the same is not happening for iPad!!!

Any talks on this??? I toggled the podcast sync on and off, even backed up icloud... but none of them worked.

iPad Air 3 WiFi, Cellular

Okay.... issue solved... need to subscribe to the shows....
