IS this SCREEN BURN? And if not, how to fix?

I woke up this morning and turned on my iphone 7 only to find that there is an image embedded/imprinted into my iphone screen. The image will not go away and covers the right side of the screen, from top to bottom. This doesn't seem like screen burn or persistence - I'm not even familiar with the image, it's not something I've seen or used (most screen burn examples I've seen online show it more to be a ghost image of your background - this one on my screen is no ghost. Shows up clearly - I didn't leave on anything (my phone has auto screen off) overnight.

I've tried restarting and updating IOS and even tried the screen burn/pixel reset website but nothing seems to work.

Does anybody know what's going on? Would appreciate any insight!
