how to turn off the screentime limit for an app

I had previously set a time limit for an app and when I reach the time limit I am given the option to ignore the time limit or remind me in 15 minutes. This time, I am not able to click ignore time limit and I cannot get into the app. I have my screen time password and in settings I am not able to delete the limit or change the time limit. How do I turn the limit off? I have already tried re downloading the app and restarting my phone.

I understand you're not able to take off an app's limit from Screen Time. I'd be happy to provide information to help you address this. Since you're unable to adjust the App Limits as expected, I'd suggest trying the following steps:

Tap Settings > Screen Time > Turn Off Screen Time
Restart your iPhone
Set up Screen Time and App Limits again and test for the behavior: Set up Screen Time for yourself on iPhone
