I switched SIM card from att to Verizon but kept my phone - I’m getting an error from Apple saying Apple Mobil phone error 1035

how do I fix my voicemail

You will have to contact Verizon to set up your voicemail on the Verizon servers. Currently it is hosted on AT&T.

Check with Verizon. The carrier supports your voicemail, and it is possible that your Verizon account does not reflect that you have an iPhone at this point. They will have to set that up.
