Is it possible to put iOS 13 on the iPhone 6 Plus?
You won't be allowed to. The Software Update function and iTunes on a computer won't show it as available, and if you manually try loading a firmware file, you'll be told that it isn't eligible.

No there's no way to update iOS with a incompatible device.
iOS 12.4.3 can be installed on an iPhone 5s, 6 and 6 Plus but not on an iPhone 5.
