Apple ID now being used for iMessage and Facetime on New iPad

So, this happened:



This is the notification that popped up on my desktop a few moments ago. (Name of iPad obscured by me.) Apple provided no other information. I haven't used Facetime or iMessage in months. How do I find out what is going on here?

Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. If you find one, change your password.
