I had purchased Final cut studio which include FCP 6 and I need to upgrade to FCP 7?

Apple discontinued FCS 3 which included Final Cut Pro 7 many years ago now. Your only option is to find someone who is selling either the upgrade from FCS 2 to FCS 3 or has the license and discs for FCS 3.

The important part is to make sure you get a valid key. Also, be aware that FCP 7 does not run on the current version of OSX and most of the Final Cut Suite stopped running around OSX 12 or 13.
