I have an iPhone SE. I’m getting a new iPad. Can I restore the iPad from the iPhone backup?

Yes, you can restore an iPad from an iPhone backup.

If the iPhone, is fully updated to the most current iOS version, you may need to update the iPad to the most current iPadOS version before you can restore the backup to it though.
