Removing Mac OS and Installing Windows 10 on 2018+ MBP with Touch Bar

Hello, I am looking to get a Macbook Pro, likely a 2018 or newer with Touch Bar. My goal is to solely run Windows 10 on it. Now please hear me out...

In the past, I have ran Windows via Bootcamp and Parallels on my 2013 MBP with no issues. It was okay but this was also 5-6 years ago.

I really have no use for Mac OS and I do the majority of my work on Windows so rather than choosing to boot into windows on every start up I would like to strictly boot into Windows every time and have no performance loss.

I have seen quite a few people running only Windows on Mac but my main concern is it still possible with the newer operating systems? Another concern, in doing so will I lose the functionality of the Touch Bar? I know in Boot Camp it downloads drivers to retain some functionality, although not all which I am okay with.

Before removing Mac OS, can I install those same drivers?

There are some edge cases, which would require you to have macOS.

EFI Updates
Recovering Windows, if necessary
Recovering the machine, if Windows fails to boot
You can install BC drivers after Windows is installed. See Download and install Windows support software on your Mac - Apple Support for reference. Since there would be no BC Assistant, you will need a tool like Brigadier
You can run macOS on 64GB storage. See macOS Catalina - Technical Specifications for reference
There are comparable Windows machines, which are equally well-engineered
TouchBar has minimal static functionality under Windows

Use Boot Camp to boot Windows natively. Just make it the default boot operating system if you want to just boot into Windows. There is no performance loss when using Windows installed with Boot Camp because when Windows boots it uses all your system resources such as RAM.
