"Your subscription is currently tied to an existing Tinder account"
This message means that your subscription is tied to a Tinder account that isn't the one you're currently signed into. Subscriptions can only be associated with one Tinder account at a time.
To use your subscription on your new Tinder account, you need to delete your old Tinder account first. Deleting your account will permanently delete your matches, messages and other information associated with the account.
To delete your old account:
After deleting this account, log in to your new account > tap the profile icon > Settings > Restore Purchase.
"You’ve exceeded the number of times you can restore your purchase after recreating your account."

You will have to take that up with Tinder support. That is not an Apple app. They handle your login.
