Please read this link to "Learn how to view your subscriptions that renew automatically, change your subscription period, and turn off Automatic Renewal." --> View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - https://support.apple.com/HT202039

Note these things:

- "If you don’t cancel more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew."

- Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.

- Stopping the auto-renewal of a subscription only does that, it does not immediately stop the subscription (with the exception of free trials) which will run until the end of the period and then not renew. Because you get the full subscription until it expires, stopping automatic renewal will not result in a refund.

Now review:

Report A Problem to "Sign In for help with iTunes purchases made in the last 90 days" or ask for a refund. Click on this link --> http://reportaproblem.apple.com

For subscriptions, "The Report a Problem website shows most subscriptions, except those for Apple services and iCloud storage charges." [https://support.apple.com/HT201382].

If Report A Problem does not work for a subscription refund you may have to make a special request using one of the contact links below.
