Subscription canceled yet charged

Hi. I canceled my subscription before the trial period ended, yet I was still charged. How do I get a refund?

iPhone XR, iOS 15

Please visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com and authenticate. Once authenticated, select the Apple ID in question and find the charge posted to the account.


  1. For "What can we help you with?", select "Request a refund"
  2. Another dropdown will appear below for "Tell us More". You'll want to select "I didn't mean to sign up for a subscription"
  3. Click Next
  4. Click on the subscription in question
  5. Submit the Claim
  6. Wait for it to be reviewed
