IMessage

Contact name shows up as red in iMessage and says that this contact is not registered for IMessage.

This just started happening. What gives and how do I fix it?

If it is just one or two contacts, check to see that they are still using iMessage. (Did they recently switch to a non-iPhone, for example?)


If the contacts in question were never using iMessage, check to make sure your iPhone is still set to forward SMS messages to/from your iPad.
