No tip in my calculator app on apple watch series 5 , iOS6.1

I just bought a brand new apple watch series 5. My calculator app does not have "tip". There's a "%" instead, like in my iPhone. I updated my watch to iOS6.1, still no "tip". Please help me.

The tip calculator only works in certain regions mainly USA.
