My Iphone is rejecting all my calls

Good Evening my phone is rejecting all calls and i don’t have it under do not disturb

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

Turn Off Silence Unknown Callers, go to Settings > Phone, scroll down, then select Silence Unknown Callers. Calls from unknown numbers are silenced and sent to your voicemail, and appear in your recent calls list.
