iPhone 11 series

I recently just traded my X for an IPhone 11 Pro. I expected the 11 to have a better camera because that’s the biggest difference from the upgrade other than the speed. The camera is actually pretty good in great lighting but in bad lighting it’s pretty terrible. Sometimes it catches the wrong color in different pictures and when I take pictures it blurs out half of the features on my face. When I use it on Snapchat and Instagram, it’s even worst. It’s actually really disappointing because if I had a choice, I would want my X back because in my opinion, the camera is way better on the 10. I went to the Apple store to talk to them about it and I showed them how different it both looks. The advice I was given was to write about it so hopefully Apple can fix this problem. I’m not sure if that’s even possible but I am hoping they can because these phones are expensive. Definitely regret trading in my phone for the 11 pro. Does anyone else think it’s a software issue and can be fixed?
