system is declining valid card

I have a visa card which is valid till 2022, but few days ago system blocked this type of payment, wrote that card is expired and asked me to enter new one. but mine is still available. what is the problem?

Does the expiration date show correctly in your payment information?

Apple ID payment information - If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store
