You need to contact your carrier for help with this.
If you need to activate your phone on the carrier network, then you will need to find a way to contact them. Why can’t you contact them?
I really don’t know why wen I do try to call 611 or 411 or 711 it tells me to hing up and contact my carrier I can’t get pass that stage‼️
