AirPods Pro hurt my ears

This may not solve your problem but they hurt my ears too. Until I figured out that the gel part of the pods will hold them in place. Meaning, if I positioned them against my ear. The gel would hold it against my ear with the slightest pressure that over time caused pain. It was so frustrating! I liked everything else about these pods.

Then I found that if I insert the gel into my ear and position the plastic away from my ear - no pain. I push them into my ear, then slightly down and out, away from my ear. No pressure, no pain. It worked for me.

Return them and buy some internal ear monitors that fit your ears.

Stop using them.

Return them and buy something that fits your ear and is comfortable.
