Font Prints too Small when using Apple Mail on MacBook

Hi,

I have a client who's MacBook is running OS X 10.12 She currently uses the apple mail app for her email and regularly prints them. Since last Monday she has experienced issues with the font printing too small (almost unreadable)

I have checked the printers settings and all settings look ok. I have deleted the plist files

com.apple.print.custompresets.plist which didn't help either.

I have also reinstalled the printers software and reset the printing system both of which had no effect aswell.

Any other suggestions?

If I'm understanding correctly, recently the font of printed emails has been smaller than usual, and after doing some trouble shooting the issues still persists. I can definitely understand the need to resolve this, and I will be glad to assist.

Does the problem occur with just printing emails or is it any document?

I would use safe mode to see if it helps:
