My Apple ID is locked up help please

Few days ago, I connected to my mail boxe without any problems but today I tried like always and a message showed up saying that my account was locked "for securityt reasons". I pressed "Unlock" and then enter my birthdate which was right. Then, it asked me the security questions I've chosen 7 years ago, so obviously I don't remember them and when I want to receive the instructions by mail I don't know the email that is censored or apparently it is sending me the instructions on the mail that is locked up.

Help please.
