unlocked macintosh hd

my macintosh hd had locked when i installed mac os catalina.now my ssd has two containers.1.macintosh HD and macintosh data.so now my macintosh hd is locked .and it unmount.i cannot use it

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.15

This looks normal with the new Catalina, except for the two Data volumes. This looks to be an incomplete initilization of the parent drive.


From Internet Recovery>DiskUtility>View>Show All Device. erase /reformat the parent drive this will wipe the disk of all containers/volumes/data


You will have to restore your user data from a backup.

From the Terminal.app you get a good look at your Disk, copy and paste:

diskutil list internal
