Are there any major problems with tethering an Ipad (no wireless, only wifi) with an Iphone 11Pro?
To date, I have been paying for wireless capability on the Ipad, but at $25/month (w/tax) it gets pricey. I never take the Ipad anywhere without the iPhone.

I tether my iPad to my iPhone frequently with no issues.
Note that over use of the unlimited data by trhe iPad may cause your carrier to throttle your plan until the billing cycle ends. but that is not a major issue, and unless you are streaming 4K content indiscriminately it should not be an issue.
