How do I stop the ‘playing now’ coming up on my watch when I play music on my phone - I like to stream music on my phone but doing this kills my watch battery - I have tried turning off the ‘launch auto apps’ but this didn’t work

Thanks for reaching back out. Try unpairing and pairing the Apple Watch to the iPhone again. When you unpair, the data will be erased from your Apple Watch but a backup is also created when unpairing. You can still make a manual backup using these steps: Back up your Apple Watch
When you're ready, use these steps to unpair the Apple Watch: Unpair your Apple Watch and iPhone
Then pair and set it up again: Set up your Apple Watch

Hey. Thanks for your feedback - I have followed these steps on both my watch and phone - I have them also restarted both devices and it still doesn’t fix it 😔
Thanks for your suggestion - I tried this today and still no luck - this is what my watch does when I play music on my phone (oppps upside down 🤦🏽♀️)
