I will update the post as it develops.
No problems using the airpods 2, wearing them for an hour at a time
I’ve ordered some AirPod 2’s which are being delivered tomorrow, and if I get any irritation, they will be going back to Apple.
If you’re ear is still irritating, why use any airpods at all?
I want to know what Apple are doing and they are under warranty they should be paying for replacements!
Because they cost a **** load of money and should be worth it!
I dealt with them for a week and they are making me send them back and will refund me my money. They want to examine the headset.
I am having the same problem :( I was wondering why now I know for sure is the AirPods
Benadryl didn't do anything for me.
I had those and never had any issues. The only issues with my ears is with APP
Most have been able to get refunds, especially if you have any evidence such as a doctor visit/pictures of ear. But everyone that has pushed has been able to get a refund commonly.
I have got itching ears since I started using my AirPods Pro.
Oh no! So sorry to hear that. I’m in the US. Ohio specifically.
I have been having this problem. Being dumb, I was waiting for 3rd party tips to come out. But, I am tired of waiting, I want Apple to give me my money back.
Definitely contact them. I bought mine at the same time and they refunded me just last month.
Thanks. Just want to add, before the AirPod pros, I owned regular AirPods. AirPods caused me zero reactions. This is what points me to the silicone tips specifically.
Can you share any alternative brands/products you’re using that have been working well?
