how do I make a back copy of my external disk (that has my photos and songs) to another external backup disk ( I want multiple backup copies)?

The literal answer to your question is to use Disk Utility's Restore function: Restore a disk image to a disk using Disk Utility on Mac ...

However, if redundancy is what you seek, then you should implement redundant backups, not copies of backups.
