I have a scratch on my Apple Watch screen ... is it covered by warranty? This watch was gifted to be brand new on Mother’s Day 2019. Apple Watch 4 Nike series

Scratches are considered accidental damage and is not covered by the standard warranty. However, as stated, you can get the screen replaced under AppleCare+ but the cost is $69 (USD).
