How do you, or is there an app, that will stream iPhone XR camera with latest iOS to an Apple TV in full screen?

Thank you for the clarification. A quick search on the App Store yielded this result. I have not tried this application although its description may be what you are looking for.
When I connect my iPhone to the Apple TV, select my camera, and view the tv screen, I only get a screen that is formatted to the total iPhone display and not the camera pic. Meaning the camera image doesn't fill the screen, the iPhone screen image fills the tv's screen. I would like to use the iPhone as a monitor for viewing what I'm working on in a classroom live to students, not record and present.

Tried that app, doesn't work with latest iOS. Couldn't find any other way to do this. This could be awesome for presentations. Thx for the reply, btw. Happy Thanksgiving!
