Customised MacBook pro Order

I live in India and i cannot customise my MacBook pro order in the store and there is no online apple store for taking orders.

I would like to know the nearest Asian country where apple lets customer order customised MacBook pro?

Oder Mac book air ru/eu Hello, how can I Oder Mac book air in English/Russian language. I live in Cyprus there is no official apple store, I know I were in Paris or Italy I can buy it but it’s needs to wait 2 weeks since I buy it . And they don’t do delivery on Cyprus. Maybe it’s another way to Oder it from US !
