I need to mirror only "Desktop 2" to External Monitor

I am teacher and I need to teach mobile app development to a class of 20 students so we have a big screen right above my seat and I want to share only "Desktop 2" or whatever I do on this desktop , I need to use Desktop 1 as my work around sheet, it should not be visible at external monitor at all. they should see only Desktop 2

I am using macbook pro mid 2012 with 16GB Ram + 2 x 256 mb SSD
