iPhone gets ejected

When I connect my iPhone (OS 13) to my iMac (Catalina) via USB cable (directly, no USB hub), the Devise shows up in the finder. And after a short while the device vanishes. Any ideas?

This ist the log:

Thanks in advance

Thank, but I wasn't able to test this before I made another successful change. I unplugged the external hard drive (LaCie, Thunderbolt 2) which caused a lot of trouble (kept my Mac from booting, urged my Mac to switch off without shutting down, errors on bus and disk). Since I unplugged the device I have no problems in connecting my iPhone again.
