Error in Numbers

I have a shared Numbers document and suddenly it won't open! I restarted my mac and then it worked, but next time it did not open again. What ca be wrong?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15

Try shutting down your Mac and restarting in "safe" mode (by holding down the shift key while you restart). Then open a Numbers document and close it. Shut down and restart your Mac "normally".

Thanks SGill :) Exactly, when I restart may Mac, Numbers work again, but then a while later Numbers "shuts down" again, so there must be an error somewhere?
