Podcasts: Icons don’t update

I know the several of the podcasts I subscribe to have updated their icons (ex. Aria Code), but my app only shows the old icons. Anyone know how to fix it?

I unsubscribed them, waited a few minutes, found the newest episode of the show which has already a new cover and subscribed to them again.
