Podcasts: Icons don’t update

I know the several of the podcasts I subscribe to have updated their icons (ex. Aria Code), but my app only shows the old icons. Anyone know how to fix it?

My podcast is distributed through Pinecast. How do I edit the icon for my podcast (currently blank) on Apple Podcasts? When I view "My Podcasts" under Podcasts Connect with Apple, I don't see an option to change it. I need to add an icon to get more eyes on the podcast naturally. What can I do to add an icon, which apparently did not get distributed to this particular platform by Pinecast?

Why won't Apple Podcasts update my podcast cover art (from Soundcloud) (I know, I know. This is a recurring question here but I feel like I've exhausted all of the possible solutions!) Here is my RSS feed https://feeds.soundcloud.com/users/soundcloud:users:110776699/sounds.rss I've tried everything I can find. All of the episodes also have the updated cover art yet the very first episode won't update to the new artwork -- is this the culprit? If so, how do I fix it? Exhausted.

I unsubscribed them, waited a few minutes, found the newest episode of the show which has already a new cover and subscribed to them again.
