I don’t get notifications anymore for texts or any of my iPhones apps

I don’t remember ever turning off my Apple Watch notifications, but I don’t get notifications anymore for texts or any of my iPhones apps. I’ve checked to see if I turned it off anywhere but both my phone and watch say I should be receiving notifications on my watch. How do I fix this?
