iphone keeps asking to update payment info

I moved from Canada to Romania. Changed the address and payment debit and credit cards.

my iPhone asked me to update the payment information.

so I did. Then I checked it online it’s ok.

iphone asks again. Entered it again. Checked the web. Ok.

Iphone keeps asking me to update payment info... can’t get rid of that message in settings, under my id.

Iphone keeps asking...

There’s no declined purchase, no wrong info, and purchases work fine... yet the nagging message doesn’t disappear...

Please help!!
