how can I sync my iPhone notes to my iCloud(Mac) without opening my settings on my actual phone. it is disabled. but I would like to keep my notes there are over 700

You can’t.

Once the device is disabled, the data can’t be backed up or synced.

The device must be erased now and the data on it is lost.
