Dashboard
Is the Dashboard app available in macOS Catalina, Version 10.15.1? If not, when will it be available? That was one of my most frequently used apps.

The Dashboard was permanently removed in Catalina. Its not coming back. The Today panel in the Notifications panel allows you to add tools to it (e.g. weather, calculator, calendar, stocks, etc.) which are listed in System Preferences : Extensions : Today.
Apple has the answer to any why removal questions, but since it was introduced in 2005, many of the Dashboard widgets used sources not under Apple's control, and some were failing due to this fact (e.g. Weather).
