foreign HD installed non english need changed

I have new HD installed in my macbook in indonesia and all apps are indonesia language and based on that country, i want to change to USA english based, how?

Change language in different regions. Hi there, I am trying to change the language of my Apple account. I am regionally based in Greece, and every time I open the Apple page, or even Apple TV+ half the things are in Greek and the other half in English. I want everything to be English. In my iCloud settings I have selected English U.S. as my preferred language. It hasn't stopped the issue. Can anyone offer some advice? Many thanks, Nick

I want to buy iMac bia Apple Store because if I want iMac with QWERTY Keyboard I must do it online. so, is there anyway to change the language in the French Apple Store to English. Let's start with something that should be easy. Go to System Preferences > Language & Region, and then, select Region = United States
