Linking Purchase to Apple ID

Hello, So I purchased the AppleCare+ monthly plan from my iPad Pro and then I received an email that I should finish my payment setup saying the I should link my purchase to my Apple ID. However, the link in the email that says “Finish Setup Now” doesn’t work from the mail app, and if I open the link from my email via Safari it’s a dead link. What should I do?
