Move from one country to another

I set up my phone with the UK Apple Store and have several subscriptions, including my Apple Music subscription. I now live in France and want to use applications that are only available on the France Apple Store.

What happens to all the music that has been downloaded to my devices if I cancel my subscriptions in order to change countries ?

Additionally, is it possible to transfer remaining credit to the new store ?
